Return Policy

At Glice Water, your satisfaction and safety come first. Because we supply sealed drinking water, this policy sets out the circumstances under which returns, replacements, and refunds are available.

Damaged, Leaking, or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or a refund. Keep the affected product and packaging, and share photos where possible so we can resolve it quickly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong product, size, or quantity, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will deliver the correct items or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Hygiene and Food-Safety Exclusions

For health and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed bottles cannot be returned or refunded unless they were defective on arrival.

Sealed products in their original, resalable condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To start a request, contact us with your name, order date, delivery address, and a short description of the issue (along with photos, if relevant). Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method, or by another method we agree with you, within 7 to 14 business days.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer or as store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still qualify for a return under the conditions above.
